Manuel Pimentel Siles is a distinguished Spanish lawyer, engineer, and writer with a multifaceted career spanning politics, business, and publishing. He is currently Of Counsel at the international law firm Baker & McKenzie, where he advises on negotiation, mediation, and conflict management. He also serves as the editor of Almuzara Publishers, a prominent publishing group in Spain, and hosts the television program *ARQUEOMANÍA* on TVE2. Manuel has published numerous novels, essays, and articles, and serves as a trustee of several non-profit foundations. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his focus on talent development and innovative approaches to complex challenges.
Manuel Pimentel’s career combines prominent roles in politics, business, and publishing. He served as Spain’s Secretary General for Employment (1996–1999) and Minister for Labour and Social Affairs (1999–2000).
