Our Story:
20 years of Evolution
After leading the conferences industry as one of the world’s leading Speakers Bureaus, we evolved into a consultancy model specializing in the positioning and influence of leaders and organizations.

2003
Foundation
Founded by Daniel Romero-Abreu, Thinking Heads was the first Speakers Bureau in Spain, recognizing the power of talks to convey impactful ideas.

2009
Thinking Heads Digital
With the rise of social networks and online disruption, we introduced the Digital Positioning service to amplify the reach of our experts through video micro-conferences and other audiovisual formats. This innovative step paved the way for our Leader Positioning Strategic Consultancy services.

2012
Spain’s First and only Non-Fiction Literary Agency
Mindful of the unmatched prestige of non-fiction books as a medium for sharing knowledge, we solidified our literary agency as part of our integrated strategic positioning vision. This initiative further establishes our clients as benchmarks and leaders in their respective sectors.

2014
Expansion to Europe, America, the Middle East and Asia
We announce the opening of our Miami office, reflecting our commitment to discovering new opportunities and supporting the growth of both local and global markets. Operating globally, we serve Europe, the Middle East, and Asia from Madrid, while our Miami office focuses on North and South America.

2015
Leader Positioning Consultancy
With a comprehensive range of products and services designed to position leaders’ knowledge in the marketplace of ideas, we developed a unique method: the Leader Positioning Strategy (LPS). This approach extends its value to the most relevant target audiences, maximizing returns for both leaders and the organizations they represent. This innovation gave rise to our Strategic Consultancy Unit.

2022
From a Speakers Bureau to a Strategic Consulting Firm
After establishing ourselves as one of the world’s leading Speakers Bureaus, we transitioned into a multidisciplinary strategy consultancy. Our unique value proposition is supported by five core practices: Experts, Strategic Communication, Political Intelligence and Public Affairs, Data Intelligence, and Leadership.
