By providing data through any of the means enabled, you freely accept that such personal data will be subject to the corresponding processing activities in each case, depending on the consent and purpose for which you have facilitated the personal data to us. Why will we treat your data?
We will use the personal data that you provide us in the different forms enabled for this purpose to manage the relationship we have with you depending on how you want to get involved with THINKING HEADS. This data allows us to maintain the relationship with users, as well as the management, administration, provision and improvement of our services, and without them, we would not be able to provide services. Likewise, in the case that there is a contractual relationship, we will send you information about our products and services that are similar to those already hired by you. How long will we keep your data?

When the contractual relationship or consent ends, we will keep the data secured during the statute of limitations and once such period ends, we will delete your personal data.
