Who is Luis Huete?
Luis Huete is a professor at IESE Business School and has taught in executive programs at Harvard Business School and ESMT Berlin, among other business schools. Prof. Huete holds a law degree and MBA from IESE Business School and a PhD in Business Administration from Boston University. He was a Fulbright Scholar, and his doctoral thesis was awarded as the best thesis completed in the United States in 1988.

Luis has worked for CEOs in the definition of the organizational structure and the future project for national and international companies, such as Banco Santander, IBM, Oracle, McDonalds, ISS Adecco, Grupo Intercom, Telefónica Internacional, etc. He is a trustee of the NMAC Contemporary Art Foundation (Spain) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian luxury hotel chain Six-Senses (Thailand) and the Portaventura theme park (Spain).
Publications
Luis Huete published his first book in 1992. Today he is the author of 12 books in which he talks about aspects such as business reengineering, management models, customer management, people management, self-leadership, etc. Some of his most outstanding titles are: "Vitamins and vaccines for today's company" and "50 leaders who made history".
Distinctions
He has received three awards from Actualidad Económica magazine for the 100 best business ideas of the year. The publication Who's Who in Spanish Management highlights him as one of the most influential figures in Spanish management. According to the Institute for International Research (IIR), three out of four executives consider him to be "the best management guru in Spain".
