Who is Rubén Duque?
Rubén Duque is an international and two-time TEDx Talk Speaker specializing in motivation, leadership, and high-performance teams.
He has been a technical director in the Spanish Rugby Federation and later in the Mexican Rugby Federation, as well as national coach of 3 of the Mexican national teams and Master Trainer of World Rugby, rugby's world governing body.
He has collaborated with multinational companies in different countries in Europe and America, including several of the exclusive Fortune 500 group.

Rubén Duque’s career and contribution to society:
As head coach of the Mexican National Rugby Team, he has contributed to taking the team from 76th position in the world ranking to the Top 50 in only 3 and a half years, one of the highest growth rates of any country in the world.
In addition, he has been technical director of the Senior National Team as well as of the Under-19 National Team, which he also led to the first gold medal in its history in the Regional Championship of North America and Caribbean countries, an achievement he has repeated on two more occasions since he has been in charge of the Mexican National Rugby Team.
After being a rugby player at the Lycée Français in Madrid, he trained as a coach throughout Europe, obtaining the highest coaching degree in Spain and later making the leap to New Zealand, the "Mecca of Rugby". It is there where he studied one of the most prestigious coaching courses in the world.
In Auckland, he also managed to train in the Ponsonby RC Club, one of the most successful in New Zealand. There he was also introduced to mental preparation by the psychologist of the professional team of the Auckland Blues and later traveled to Cape Town, South Africa, where he trained with the world Rugby champion coach Jake White and met Tim Noakes, one of the greatest sports scientists in South Africa, delving into the impact that the mental aspect has on performance, not only in sports but in business and in life.
It is from then on that he begins a vertiginous training in topics related to leadership, motivation, teamwork and values, emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming and coaching for personal and executive development, Team Coaching, LEGO® Serious Play™ methodology, and high-performance psychology, in entities such as the Spanish Olympic Committee, Camilo José Cela University, School of Intelligence, European University of Madrid, Motivation and Leadership faculty of the Spanish Army War College, Rasmussen Consulting, Team Power, Siglo 21 University, SG Talent Consulting, etc.
He is the author of "Millennials. Goodbye to boring work" and co-author of 4 books: two of them on rugby and two others on personal and organizational development of the saga "Líderes que Inspiran".
He designed the program of the Rugby course of which he was a professor at the INEF of the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is also a professor of the Master in Sports Management at the INEF of Lleida.
He is the creator and host of the podcast "Invincible Teams", where he interviews experts in team management and shares value for today's leaders to build high-performance teams and positively impact their organizations, society, and the world.
