Héctor is an expert in innovation, strategy, and organizational transformation, known for his focus on helping companies grow and adapt through innovation. A design engineer by training, Héctor founded DOMO, a consultancy dedicated to strategic innovation, where he has worked with leading companies, startups, and large corporations to implement new business models and cultivate innovative cultures. Through his unique methodology based on 100% Design Thinking, he has developed and launched innovations across more than 30 sectors on five continents, many of them patented internationally. Héctor has received numerous awards, including the “Design for All Foundation Award” in 2012 and the “BID14” award in 2014.
From his early career working with various companies to founding DOMO in 2001, Héctor has dedicated his career to creating impactful, real-world products and services. In 2008, he realized that the greatest obstacle to growth in organizations is the lack of an authentic innovation culture, leading him to specialize in cultural transformation for organizations. In 2017, he founded Honest Strategy, a movement promoting three core principles for modern business success: purpose-driven service, authenticity, and an innovation culture. As a certified international CTT (Cultural Transformation Tools) consultant and a mentor with the Spanish Mentoring Association, Héctor shares his insights through his blog, speaking engagements, and his role as a professional speaker, being named one of Spain’s top 100 speakers in 2018.
