Susana Voces majored in Industrial Engineering at ICAI- Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and subsequently graduated in Marketing at ICADE-Pontificia Universidad de Comillas. She also has a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Administration from Harvard University.
Since September of 2020, she’s the Managing Director of Eventim Spain, a company of CTS Eventim, one of the leading international providers of ticketing services and live entertainment. As CEO of the marketplace entradas.com, Susana has aimed to position Eventim Spain as the top provider of technological solutions for the leading promoters in the live entertainment, cultural and sports industry.
Susana combines her executive position with her participation as an Independent Director in the Board of Directors of CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, as an advisor in Imagen Bank and also in ESIC Business School. Additionally, she leads the Technology and Digital Transformation Observatory of the Spanish Retail Association (AER), of which she is a member of the board of directors, as well as the Spanish Digital Economy Association (ADigital).
In March 2019, she took a career leap to break into the fast-growing global food delivery industry by taking on the challenge of leading the global restaurant business as Vice President of Deliveroo.
Previously, she was the General Manager of eBay in Spain, a responsibility she added in Italy in March 2017. Her career on eBay began in 2013 as head of market development and within a few months she was appointed Sales Director for Europe. She has also developed her professional career in technology related companies such as Ericsson and payment methods such as PayPal. In the latter she was in charge of business development in Spain and Portugal.

In 2014 she received the Fifth Young Talented Managers of Spain award, in the Commercial Management category, granted by the Spanish leading headhunter firm Seeliger & Conde.

In 2017, her name appeared in the list of Top100 Women in Spain. In Italy, she was also included in the Inspiring Fifty 2018 list.
In 2019 and 2021 she was part of Yo Dona magazine’s 500 Most Influential Women list in Spain, in the category of Directors.
