Having run her own business for over 14 years consulting to large corporates and most recently within Volvo Cars, where she was Global Head of Leadership, she has over 25 years experience working with leadership and talent.

She is also the Founder, CEO & Chief Ideas Officer at Liz Rider AB, with a mission to transform the way we work through human centric inclusive leadership leading to thriving cultures.
She holds several qualifications, such as MSc Industrial Psychology, Chartered Psychologist, Registered Coaching Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and accredited to use a range of personality and ability tools including; MBTI, OPQ, 16PF, Wave, TalentQ, Hogan suite, Firo-Elements.
