Guillem Graell holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and completed the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE Business School. He has worked at major multinationals such as P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Chupa Chups, Codorníu Group, and Accenture. From 2017 to 2021, he was the CMO of FC Barcelona, where he led the club’s digital and brand transformation.
