Diego Guerrero is a innovative chef that has a restaurant called Dstage, was inaugurated in July 2014, he brings a provocative perspective,for informal haute cuisine, which has made him win the Michelin star during his first year, two previous michellin stars were obtained at the Allard Club of Madrid.
Diego Guerrero breaks boundaries on modern gastronomy, being creative, breaking the inertia of everyday life and not setting rules. This philosophy of constant search drives his lectures and master classes as his restaurant Dstage.
