Ann Greenberg is a Digital Media pioneer working for the democratization of Media through her work as a businesswoman, inventor and thought leader. Ann is also the co-founder of the world's leading entertainment data company, Gracenote, the first company created by an online community and a precursor to Blockchain. In 2017, Nielsen purchased Gracenote and adopted its indicators in all of its audience measurement solutions.

Ann Greenberg is an advocate of self-managed Digital Identity and has contributed to Monique Morrow’s book "The Humanized Internet: Dignity, Digital Identity and Democracy" (March 2019). Ann Greenberg also created the Media and Entertainment Digital Identity Association (M.E.D.I.A.) to help find unique solutions to the problems found in the industry.
Ann Greenberg also directs Hugging Company, an incubator for Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and immersive technologies that provide cutting-edge solutions for diverse industries. Ann is also a member of the Joint Reality Commission of the Global Initiative for Ethical Considerations in Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). She also participates in the Innovation 4 Jobs (i4j) think tank; collaborates with the organization of Women in Blockchain, and EOS in Los Angeles. Ann also mentors the Korean accelerator SparkLabs and advises select start-up companies.
Ann pioneered chats and playlists, and worked on the first Internet broadcasts for major brands, as well as previously heading the Marketing Department at Pressman Films.
Ann is a dynamic speaker who has delivered presentations at the United Nations Summit on the Social Impact Block Chain 2018 (AI Panel), Consumer Electronics Show, the National Association of Broadcasters and many other events around the world.
