Wendy Wunder is a Peruvian international speaker, author and communicator. She has worked for 30 years, with professional experience in marketing, sales and creative direction. Along her career she has been at the top management of international companies like JW Marriott Lima and America Television, which is the most tuned in channel in Peru.
She is passionate about entrepreneurship and reinventing herself constantly. Moreover, she has started at least 30 entrepreneurial projects along her career. She was also director of the Miss Peru contest and had her own high fashion brand Wendy Wunder Atelier. Later, she founded UNIKA Productions, a company dedicated to the design of architectural structures for events. It was UNIKA that led her to create WWIN PLANNERS, an event agency for big occasions, corporate, national and international. Some of the productions carried out through this company were FUXION-Alumbra Panamá with Tony Robbins as a speaker and more than ten thousand participants; or FUXION-Alumbra Quito 2019, an event with speaker Darren Hardy where Wendy also participated. Today, with the pandemic, she still produces online and hybrid events, which won her the prize for “Women Marketeers of 2020” in the BTL and Events category, where she competed against more than 120 successful women.
Even during the pandemic, she has managed to position herself as a motivational and organizational speaker in Peru, Chile and Colombia, where she has been hired by companies such as Banco Santander, TRAMARSA, Marcobre, UPC, ESAN - Graduate School of Business, USIL, Softys and others. She recorded her first TED talk and was invited to record a MasterTalk about success at NETZUM, an online learning platform. Furthermore, she is the author of the book “Re-inventing yourself: 10 tools for a fresh start in your life and in your company”, that she published with Penguin Random House achieving great sales results in Amazon, Apple Books and Google Books. Lastly, she also hosts a radio program where she interviews people with success stories.
