Currently, founder of Feel Logic and Happiest Places to Work.After a successful career in marketing, strategy, and communications in Coca-Cola, Silvia García became the Global Director of the Coca-Cola Happiness Institute. Under her leadership, the Institute of Happiness became a world reference.
This strategic position allowed Silvia to work on positive leadership, communication and cultural change with leaders of more than 100 countries on the five continents.Today, Silvia is a recognized expert in positive leadership, high-performance teams; effective communication and the use of emotional intelligence to help leaders around the world increase their positive influence. She founded Happiest Places to Work and of Feel:) Logic with the mission to help organizations reach their maximum potential combining learnings on behavioral economics, positive leadership, the science of emotions and the latest discoveries in neuroscience.
Silvia collaborates with organizations such as the Global Wellness Institute, coach of executives of Fortune 500 companies and helps companies build a Positive Culture. Among the personalities with whom Silvia has collaborated: the Prime Minister of Buthan - the first country that measures Gross Internal Happiness -, the Minister of Happiness in the UAE; Martin Seligman - founder of positive psychology - and Jeffrey Sachs, Director of the Worldwide Report on Happiness commissioned by the UN, and Director of the Earth Institute of Columbia University. In 2016, Silvia was chosen by MIT University as one of the most influential leaders and was invited to participate in the Albright Challenge.
