Shawn Achor is a psychologist, professor and research since the last 20 years at Harvard University. Founder of consultant firm Good Think Inc; co-founder of the Institute for Applied Positive Research, together with his wife, and CEO of the platform for transforming business Better Up.

Achor received a BA from Harvard University and a MA in Christian and Buddhist Ethics from Harvard Divinity School.
