Isabel Garro is a leading sustainability expert, known for turning complex concepts into actionable strategies that deliver competitive advantage. A reference figure in Spain and internationally, she advised the Spanish Government on implementing the 2030 Agenda and led the UN Global Compact Spanish Network for over 14 years. Currently, she is the founder and CEO of Lyminar (3A4B) and an associate professor at IE Business School and the Complutense University of Madrid. Isabel Garro has held influential positions across the public, private, and civil society sectors. She has represented Spain in the EU Council, chaired the Local Networks Advisory Group of the UN Global Compact, and collaborated with Transparency International and Auchan Spain. She previously served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Votorantim Cimentos and Leadership Manager at ACCIONA . Today, she leads her consultancy Lyminar (3A4B). She holds an MBA from Brown University and IE Business School.
