Lucian Tarnowski is Founder and CEO of both BraveNew.com, the enterprise platform for knowledge sharing communities, and Brave New Talent, a recruitment site driven by the candidates rather than the employers. He is experienced in working with social media in order to build online communities around youth leadership.
BraveNew ‘Communities of Purpose' enable organisations such as Lockheed Martin, Mercer, Manpower and the Collaborative Health Network to use curated content to connect, engage and develop stakeholders inside and outside of the company around any initiative, while BraveNewTalent succeeded in engaging over 100,000 young people in more than 140 countries without spending money on advertising.
As a speaker, he explores the changes in how we live, communicate and work fueled by Generation Y young people, the much talked about ‘millennials’, and is also making his mark as an expert on the future of education and talent. He has spoken at gatherings such as Davos, TEDx, The China Digital Summit and for companies such as Coca-Cola, Oracle, Pearson, IBM and PWC.

He is an advisor for Next Generation India on the Board of the UK-India Business Council and in his spare time runs the foundation Take Heart India, a non-profit organization that teaches young people with disabilities in rural areas how to use information technology.
He has been honored as Europe’s youngest Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (Davos), at which his contributions focused on talent mobility, as well as employment and professional skills. He was the winner of Global Enterprising Young Brit of 2009. In 2010 he was one of the driving forces behind One Young World, an initiative that sought to provide young people with a place to engage and have their views about their future heard.
He was also named as one of Britain’s rising stars by The Spectator Business and is on the UKTI (UK Trade and Investment) Global Entrepreneur Program as a result of his business venture.
