Who Is Esther O’Callaghan OBE?

Esther O’Callaghan OBE is the founder of hundo.xyz, an innovative learning platform with a social mission to combat global youth unemployment through blockchain and web3 technology. She is a passionate advocate for the future of learning and work and a well-known international speaker. With over two decades of experience in youth-related issues, she also occasionally works as a producer and DJ, in addition to being a Level 2 British Triathlon Federation Coach and endurance triathlete.

Esther O’Callaghan’s career spans multiple sectors, from being the first female DJ and producer to own a vinyl record store in Manchester to creating hundo.xyz, the first blockchain-based learning platform for Generation Z. She has also been part of the first all-female DeFi delegation to the European Parliament and has over 20 years of experience working in UK government, local authorities, CSR, arts, culture, and the music industry.
