Who is Esther O'Callaghan OBE?
Esther O'Callaghan OBE is the Founder of hundo.xyz an innovative new learning platform on a social mission to end global youth unemployment. Esther is an accomplished, international speaker, and passionate advocate of the future of learning and work.
Esther O’Callaghan is also known to occasionally produce & DJ, as well as being a qualified Level 2 British Triathlon Federation Coach and endurance triathlete.

Esther O'Callaghan OBE’s career and contribution to society:
From Manchester to the Metaverse, Esther’s career spans being the first female DJ/producer to own a specialist vinyl store to building hundo.xyz the first web3 blockchain learning platform for GenZ.
Esther O’Callaghan is part of the first all-female De-Fi delegation to the European Parliament, and has 20+ years of experience across UK Govt, Local Authority, NDPBs, CSR, ESG, ED&I, the arts, culture, music, and third sectors.
After dedicating her career to tackling youth unemployment, resulting in hundreds of thousands of children and young people supported nationally and worldwide, she co-founded hundo.xyz - on a mission to enable one billion learners worldwide to have access to the one billion frontier tech roles needed globally by 2030 through a new digital skills profile and access to rapid agile learning.
Esther is also GTA Metaverse Lead for Global Tech Advocates, an Associated Organisation for the Coldplay Music of the Spheres tour comprising a 25k strong global network of industry-leading experts, commentators and tech entrepreneurs shaping the Future of Work and a Board Member at GTA Future of Work.
