Since our founding in 2003, at Thinking Heads we have believed in the transformative power of ideas and the dissemination of knowledge. Therefore, becoming part of the Board of the Fundación Amigos de la Biblioteca Nacional de España represents a key milestone in our history and an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to culture, reading, and thought leadership.

The National Library of Spain, custodian of our country’s memory and cultural identity, is much more than an archive: it is a living space where the ideas that shape our society are preserved and where constant dialogue between the past, present, and future is promoted. Since 2009, its Foundation has worked to support and expand its mission, fostering cultural, educational, and social integration activities that keep the essence of our culture alive.

At Thinking Heads, culture is a fundamental pillar of our purpose. Through Th1 Nous, our specialized Cultural Services area, we support leaders and organizations seeking to create positive social impact through culture. In this sense, the union between Thinking Heads and the Friends of the National Library of Spain Foundation arises from a profound affinity: the recognition of knowledge and culture as engines of progress. Both institutions share the belief that the preservation, promotion, and dissemination of ideas are essential to building a more informed, free, and self-aware society.

Daniel Romero-Abreu adds: “As our name suggests, everything begins with thinking. That is why books are not merely a source of leisure and enjoyment, but a tool to understand where we are, anticipate what is to come, and foster critical thinking, all essential qualities in shaping leadership that drives positive impact.”
