Felipe Morandé is a Chilean economist with a distinguished career as a professor, international consultant, and public sector leader. His work bridges academia, policy-making, and financial analysis. He served as Ambassador of Chile to the OECD, Minister of Transport and Telecommunications, and Dean of the School of Economics and Business at the University of Chile.
