He has been advisor of many worldwide petrol companies from BP world, Repsol or Pemex, among others, and its experience in the monetary área have enabled him to work in various economic processes in Latam and Eastern Europe.
His deep knowledge in the technological change, prospective, future studies, globalization and energy, has lead him to write more tan 10 books and be co-autor in 20. Its first book, “The latinoamerican challenge”, is the best-seller used in more tan 100 universities as a reference and a study support. He is a columnist at El Universal, one of the national diaries most prestigious in Venezuela.
