Franc Ponti is one of the leading references in creativity and innovation in Spain and Latin America. What is his career trajectory?

Franc Ponti holds a PhD in Economics and Business from UCC (Central University of Catalonia), with a thesis on neurocreativity and business innovation. He has a degree in Humanities and a Master's in Knowledge Society from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). He has trained in Design Thinking at the prestigious Stanford Design School and learned Leadership with George Kohlrieser at ESALEN (California). He is a professor in the Strategy, Leadership & People department at the EADA Business School in Barcelona. He has published several books on creativity and innovation.
