Céline is the Founder and Academic Director of the Católica Center on Longevity Leadership, where she designed and coordinates the first Longevity Leadership Executive Education program, a program built around the idea that longer careers call for their own kind of leadership training. Her board experience includes roles at Vista Alegre Atlantis, Lectra, and previously CUF. Prior to her academic career, Céline worked in Business Development at Lectra in New York and as a Consultant at AT Kearney in London. She was also an International Faculty Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management.
